Mini Celebrated It's 50th Anniversary

The Mini celebrated it's 50th anniversary in 2009 with various events at the Heritage Motor Centre. The first Morris Mini and last classic Mini featured as part of the Cultural Olympiad launch celebrations and were on display at various events both within the UK and Europe.

The 1908 Austin 100hp Grand Prix car was displayed at Goodwood Festival of Speed. It was part of a very special line up of nine surviving cars that had all raced in the 1908 French Grand Prix.
